how to stream a broadcast from d800hd to a website

i noticed an option in the web control to stream a broadcast

just by playing about i streamed it to my laptops screen and watched footy on it through vlc

is it possible for me to stream this broadcast to a website so a mate down the street could watch what im watching??

if so, what do i need please
