After
the tuneazbox for httpd, I have found limitations when adding new skins
and add features, and I decided to make a program for this purpose,
which I present here.
For those who have not used the tune for
httpd, say you will allow azbox change the appearance of top-down and
can customize all visual elements of the deco.
With respect to the previous version for httpd changes are:

It is a program requires no install httpd or anything. Run the program
once unzipped directly (no installation required), it is already data
azbox rular!
* More added homegrown skins in all.
* Ability to establish full songs (like ilke Jamanta or of or my own) and you create and customize themes to share.

Can a user to easily create your own tune from the set of custom
images. The program lets you create a. Zip file which may be imported
directly from the same by other users.
To create such a banner
personalized info on the rim, just go to custom choose your image (in
this case 2) and send them to deco. With a simple click of a button
will be created. Zip file with our images for you to get on the forum
and other users to download and from the program itself by clicking the
Import button to add them to the list.

But in the end I made as nnadie says but with a little faena.voy to explain how I did it in win 7.
I have first downloaded the library: MSWINSCK.OCX and I get into system32
register now to enter you need administrator privileges.
Start / All Programs / Accessories / right click over symbol sistama and run as this type administrador.Luego
net user administrator / active: yes (this is to activate the administrator)
then put this:
MSWINSCK.OCX regsvr32 (ie to register the ocx)
then put this:
net user administrator / active: no (this is to close the administrator)
open the program and to funcionar.
NOTE:
At that years of failure:
OLE error code 0x80040154: Class not registered.
* You go to command window (as Administrator): Start -> Run -> cmd
* You go to the program installation folder eg cd c: \ tuneAzbox
* And tecleais: regsvr32 MSWINSCK.OCX
