Scanning HD tps on 30w - DM 800

Can anyone help please

I can scan all HD channels on all satellites except 30w - All SD tps scan fine but I have cant pick up anything on an HD transponder - Is there a setting I need to change? Using Gemini and have a large dish 1.2 in London

How many sat you used ?
All the configurations are correct in the box ?( port 1 port 2 etc etc )

I have the dm800 and no problemes in 30w ( portuguese and spain ) all works perfect.

tps - is c cinema and is in astra 19°
