channels dissconnected

hi every one
i have a dream box 500s. it got gemmeni xp and i have cccam setup

my digital+channels were not working good and now sky germany is dissconnected i only have sky sports from germany

is this normal
do i need to update my reciver image every month

How many channels you receive is down to how many sharing peers you have connected at any time, use cccam info plugin info to check how many peers you have, you may need to edit your cccam.cfg and try find new peers with the packages you need/want.
