dreambox password plz help thxxx

hi guys, ive got a box which dont know what password is been on the menu i cant get access to it is 4 digit and wonder if there is a way to retrieve the password without re flash please thank you

Try the default "0000"

failing that try "1234"

i did try all 0000 ,1111, reverse forward but nothing ,still looking if there is any thing can be done though,,,, thxx guys

FTP to /var/tuxbox/config/enigma

Lokk for a file named 'config'.

open the file

Check for a entry similar to this parental lock=00000000


Open up your windows calculator on your pc and select scientific mode.
Click on the HEX button.
Enter in the last 4 digits of parental lock=00000000
Click the DEC button.

You should now have the code you are looking for
