get an sct card working on eagle

Hi all,
can anyone tell me how to get an official SCT card to work on the Eagle. I bought one this week from the sponsor but I can't get it to work. I wanted to make sure I'd tried everything before I go back to them.

What emu have you tried it with?
What encryption is the card?

I have tried it with ccam 2.011 default install and its a viaccess card. I left it on overnight incase it needed activating and still no go. Any help would be great

You should try cccam 2.1.3 or greater for via 4
