Help finding Satellite

I have a problem that I need some help with please ! I am a newbee at this so please bear with me.

I had the satellite equipment installed a few months ago and now want to install BADR 6/4 on 26E, so I selected Satellite Search, entered 0000 then used the arrow button to select 26E and then went down to the bottom of the menu and pressed Start Search.

When it had completed saving the channels I noticed that instead of stating BADR 6/4 it stated BADR C/3. The channel listings for this don’t even resemble BADR 6/4 ! On going back to the Satellite Search part of the software it does state BADR C/3. I have checked on a couple of sites and there doesn’t appear to be a BADR C/3 !!

Can someone please tell me how to install BADR 6/4 at 26E
(Please don’t tell me I have a relatively new box with the wrong rev of software installed)

Badr C/3 is merely a label in the channel database. 26e has Badr 4/5&6 co-located. From your location you should get BSS and FSS beams with 1m+ but no chance of MBC beam.
If you want to have your sat listed correctly, load your channel data to a USB stick and transfer to your PC where you can use the new channel editor to re-name (amongst lots of other things).
