Help with manual key install

Hi guys I hope everyone is ok, I am finally managed to communicate with the Dreambox. Now I am able to flash via flashWizard PRO I have install tow images Gemini_0450_DM7000 and Darkstar2_DM7000. One in USB and other one in the dreambox.
Now i don’t know what els I can do, could you please guide me through haw to add key files and emu's to dream box 7000s thanks.

To get current keys to your box you need an ftp program,

Either of these will do.

Dreambox Control Centre (DCC)

or
Cute FTP here

to connect to the box you will need to use a username & password

The default ones are
user = root
Pass = dreambox

Using DCC Example
Once you have connected successfully to the dreambox, the files and directories will be shown in the left hand pane

Next you need to download keys from here

Then unpack the downloaded key file to your desktop.

In DCC left pane click the /var directory and the list of the sub directories in var will appear, one will be called /keys, click on this to open it.

In the right hand pane of DCC is your pc's directory listing. navigate to your desktop and select the unpacked key directory.

Your DCC screnn should now look similar to this screen shot

Now to copy the keys across simply highlight them on the right pane and use the http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/nn200/dallyis/dcc3.jpg to copy them to the dreambox, then restart your chosen emu EG: CCcam.

Note keys will only be copied for the currently booted image.

The easiest way to download an emu is to use the Image teams download server

Button 2xYellow = Nabilo Yellow Panel - Addons Manager

In Gemini
Press the Blue button and select Addons

Hi VOYGER sorry to bother you again my initial question was how to open scrambled channels. Now I know how to add key and download EMOS but I can’t open any scrambled channels. Can you kindly help me to open some English channels.

The only package open is DigiTV at 1 west!

Availble with keys from the keys section, if you are still not clearing these channel ensure your have your emu started.running.

Method to transfer keys with cuteFTP

1 Un zip the key file to your desktop and start cute ftp.

2 In the left panel of Cute FTP select your desktop from the drop down arrow and open your key file, in here you will see too folders keys and scce.

3 In the right and panel of cute FTP you should see your dreambox folders open the var menu you’ll now see folders keys and scce in the right panel. Open the key folder in the right hand panel.

4 Open up the keys folder in the left hand panel and transfer its content with drag and drop into the right hand panel key folder.

5 In the right hand panel go back up a level back to the var folder and open the scce folder.

6 In the left hand panel go back up a level and open the scce folder and transfer its content with drag and drop into the right hand panel scce folder.

believe you can't have better explanation as Tokala did explain step by step
i personally use Dcc2.95 and MGcamd_CCcam_keys
very simple to use and will open Digitv on thor 1%west and other channel if you go to 7%east will open two sex channel as well..

I am using CCcam 2.011 complete on dark star2 installed in USB

As already stated above more than once, there are very few providers that can be opened using keys/emu (Mainly Digitv 1w and a few on 7W).

Can you confirm if these channels clear for you, now bear in mind that digitv is also changing keys so you will also have to stay current to keep up with the changes.

Do you clear DigiTV on the image you are running in your flash?

Is the problem just with the USB image.
