Hi all, hope someone will help pease, thanks in advance for any help.

My Dreambox 7025 was driving the rotor well, untill the other day, it now seems to drive past the sats a wee bit too far west. I have not changed the lat and long in the box. I am running several images on Barry Allen.

I have gone out and checked my dish and all is well with it. There is nothing wrong with the rotor, because I can drive the dish perfectly using the Technomate 6900, which is looped through from the Dreambox, so it can't be the rotor. I have done a factory reset, but that did nothing to help. Most satellites are fine, though they are well down on signals quality, but the marginal ones are not good. On Thor, I can only get the strong channels like Hunting and Fishing and Eurosprot 1 & 2 and a few others, all the other channels have too weak a signal.

I have tried everything I can think of. I am just hoping that someone will have experienced the same problem and been lucky enogh to have sorted it and will be kind enough to assist me with the problem. Any and all suggestions will be very warmly appreciated.

Regards Wez

Try change your lat (w) settings up or down a little to see if that improves it, if it does then re calculate all positions by the difference.

Does the TM6900 use the same lat and long and get the dish spot on when it is moving?

Hi Pawnee,
Many thanks for your reply and your suggestiions. I can confoim that the lat and long are the same in both boxes 9.612W 52.127N. I shall try and put a different long in and keep trying to see if I can get it sorted.

Thanks again and best wishes Wez
